Nov 06 - Welwyn Garden City Data Centre - Works Underway
Spire Technology secured the Welwyn Garden City in November 2006 and has planning and power applications approved to transform the former Somerfield/Safeway Distribution Depot into a modern state of the art Data Centre. December 2006 saw no time wasted with the commencement of the demolition works as part of the first phase of the project.
A Marketing suite was one of the first initiatives and is now close to completion. Interest in the site has been very positive
