Pioneer Technology announces that effective from May 1st 2008 Nigel Clarkson became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Steve Allen was appointed as Managing Director.
The changes are important moves to align Pioneer Technology’s senior management team to new and changing market opportunities.
Nigel will devote more time to strategic business opportunities, business alliances, investor relations and global business opportunities.
Steve has assumed responsibility for the day to day operations of the business, business development, marketing and acquisitions.
